Craft Time Recap.

Unique OC was this past weekend.  I’m still tired from it, but all in all, it was a super event.  Lucky us we were sandwiched between Love Nail Tree and Voz Clothing and Art.  We had a lot of fun meeting people and telling them all about our cool stuff. (Oh, if you don’t know about it, we sell really awesome fabric wall decals on Etsy.)

We were part of the last Unique LA Spring Show (Unique OC is the spawn of Unique LA), and had a lot of fun there, but this event had such a nice atmosphere…. it helped that it was outside, and that there was a really great DJ, and that Singha beer and Honest Tea were giving us free drinks all day.  And we also really enjoyed eating from the Manila Machine truck and having some of Sweet Lucie’s ice cream.  Holy cow, Sweet Lucie’s is good.  You can tell that good stuff goes into it.  Plus the couple running it, Geri and Mike, were so incredibly sweet.  And their cart is adorable.  Their truck, coming next month, looks amazing.  I’m kind of jealous.  Their coffee ice cream is where it’s at.

We encourage people to play with our sticker displays… because we had Fletcher with us all weekend our stickers got a lot more play than the last event.  So many kids came up and sat right down to check out our table and see what we were all about… Then Fletcher started stashing them up…. He was making all kinds of friends.
